Setting Up Disclaimer Printing Rules

This feature allows you to set up the defaults the program will use in determining which disclaimers to print on your reports. The Disclaimer Type column is a list of the disclaimers that you can select to print on each estimate report document type listed in the screen. When checked, the selected disclaimer is printed on the estimate report.

Depending on your security level, you may not have access to all the fields on this screen.

To set up the print disclaimer rules

1. Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
2. Select the profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
3. Click on the Disclaimer - Printing Rules link.
4. Make your selections.
5. Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
